5555p Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 5555p online gaming platform ("Platform"), operated by 5555p ("we", "us", "our", or the "Operator"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

5555p is an English-language online gaming information and platform service targeting Pakistani users. Our Platform provides access to sports betting markets — including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other live sports — as well as live casino games, slots and table games.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 5555p.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period your Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single account: Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not a compulsive gambler: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list and must not be seeking treatment or otherwise be aware of a problem gambling issue at the time of registration.
• Not an employee: You must not be an employee, consultant, agent or close relative of an employee of 5555p or any associated entity.
• Jurisdiction compliance: You are solely responsible for confirming that accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 5555p does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Pakistani players should be aware of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other applicable local legislation.

We reserve the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time, including at registration, prior to withdrawal processing or in response to suspicious account activity. Failure to pass or cooperate with verification may result in account suspension or closure.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information as required by the registration form. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal and recreational purposes. You acknowledge that online gaming involves inherent risk of financial loss and that you participate entirely at your own risk.

You further agree that you will not use the Platform:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable national or international law or regulation;
• To engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment instruments, identity fraud or the manipulation of game outcomes;
• To exploit software errors, glitches or malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage;
• To use automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• To attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or systems;
• In any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform's infrastructure or interfere with any other user's enjoyment of the Platform.

5555p reserves the right to void any bets and/or close any Account where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that any of the above conduct has occurred.

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms. Payment method names referenced herein — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are used as familiar Pakistani payment references only. None of these companies endorse gambling or are affiliated with 5555p.

All promotional offers made available through the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

All bonus amounts used as examples in these Terms are illustrative only. Actual bonus values, limits and requirements are determined entirely by the Operator and are subject to change without notice.

All sports betting markets offered through 5555p — including cricket, PSL, ICC T20 tournaments, football, UFC, tennis and esports — are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform.

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections prior to confirmation.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), the Platform reserves the right to void or amend affected bets, whether settled or pending.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by market, event and account tier.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension or closure at any time without notice. The Platform accepts no liability for bets placed during connectivity interruptions or market suspension periods.
• The Platform reserves the right to limit, restrict or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, operating or being connected to more than one Account on the Platform ("multi-accounting");
• Using any software, device or strategy to obtain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform, including but not limited to: card counting, arbitrage betting patterns, or the use of automated betting bots;
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes;
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds originating from illegal or unlawful activities;
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC procedures;
• Making unauthorised charge-backs or payment reversals after deposits have been processed;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour toward Platform staff or other users;
• Attempting to hack, exploit or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure in any way.

5555p is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly.

18+ Strictly Enforced: The Platform is accessible to adults aged 18 years and older only — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. The presence of an age restriction does not imply that gambling is lawful in Pakistan for persons of that age. Pakistani players are reminded that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may restrict or prohibit gambling.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once a limit is applied, it takes effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum permitted loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Reminders and session time caps are available to help players manage the time they spend on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications may be activated to display elapsed session time and net session results.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to the support team and will be processed promptly. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, page layout, design and source code — is the exclusive property of 5555p or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish or transmit any of the Platform content without the prior written consent of 5555p.

Game content, odds data and live streaming content made available through the Platform are provided under licence from the relevant third-party providers and are subject to those providers' intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5555p and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling activity;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, connectivity outages or Platform downtime;
• Errors in odds calculation or the settlement of bets, beyond the scope of our stated correction policies;
• Losses arising from the unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by payment provider processing times or mandatory verification procedures.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

5555p reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made to the Terms, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players, either via a notification in the Platform interface, by email to the address registered to your Account, or by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you wish, contact the support team to close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at 5555p.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gaming licence, to the extent that such laws are applicable and enforceable in relation to the relevant subject matter.

For Pakistani users specifically: the existence of an international gaming licence does not imply that this Platform is licensed, approved, recognised or authorised by any Pakistani regulatory authority, government body or financial institution. Pakistani players are solely responsible for complying with all local laws applicable to their use of this Platform. 5555p does not provide legal advice, and this clause should not be interpreted as such.

Any dispute arising between you and 5555p that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process will be provided upon request.

All formal complaints must be submitted in writing (by email) and will be handled in accordance with our internal complaints procedure.
